Tuning

The ECU of most vehicles is mapped to cater to the middle ground, for drivers who ignore service schedules and use second rate fuel; it means your car is only working at 80% capacity. By remapping the ECU we are capable of delivering much more power, plenty more torque and more kms for your money. We’re not talking about small incremental changes here, a tuned vehicle can get as much as 40% increase in power in some instances.

Whether you want increased power, more torque, to smooth out your power curve across the rev range or simply fuel savings. All of this is done by working with, instead of against the original vehicle systems.

Emission Solutions

EGR SOLUTIONS

The EGR valve’s purpose is to open and close (normally electronically) at certain moments during different rev ranges, but these valves get clogged up with carbon deposits, which can make them fail, or even get blocked making them stuck altogether either open or closed.
Symptoms can vary from poor idling speed, knocking, loss of power, engine unresponsive, smoke from the exhaust pipe, and the engine management light coming on.

To help avoid this we can carry out a manifold clean

DPF SOLUTIONS

A vehicles DPF, also formally known as Diesel Particulate Filter is a particle filter which decreases the total amount of pollution emitted by diesel vehicles. DPF filters do this by filtering the solid particles which are found in the exhaust fumes. Over periods of time, the particle filter (DPF) fitted on diesel vehicles can become clogged and blocked by an accumulation of exhaust soot.

Generally a DPF will not fail on its own it is normally another system which has failed. It is important that diagnosing the cause of failure is thoroughly investigated before changes to the DPF are made.
